He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Max and Norma Sulpher (Kidder); and his brother Tim Sulpher. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sulpher (Stukey); his sons, Bryan Keith Sulpher (Heidi) of Florida and Chad Allen Sulpher (Tina) of Chillicothe; his stepsons, Chuck Fadley (Vicki) of Hebron and Jobb Fadley (Carrie) of Dresden; his sisters, Ann Allen of Arkansas, Andrea Sulpher of Michigan and Amy Oliver of Senecaville; his in-laws, Becky McLaughlin, Sandie Kinsey, Alicia Koon and David Stukey; and his close friend Larry Cunningham (Leann) of Cambridge. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
