He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Holtsberry and Lulu Holtsberry (Turner); his sister Sue Kneller; and his nephew Mark Kneller. He is survived by: his nephew Paul Kneller (Roberta); his nieces, Cindy Kneller (Mark) and Wendy Ashton (Jim); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley, Karley, Kyle, Jason, Jesse and Jay.
