He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard P. Surratt and Catherine E. Surratt (Justice); his wife Nonda Surratt (Ruckman); his uncle Wayne Boston; and his nephew Mike Boston.
He is survived by: his close friend Beth McDonald Weekley of Heath; and his siblings, Richard Surratt (Linda) of Newark, Carol Boston of Summershade, KY and Brenda Brabb of Heath. He is also survived by nieces; nephews and many classmates and friends.
