He was predeceased by: his parents, Sale B. McCullough and Edith E. McCullough (Debevoise); and his brothers, Gail and Roland McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Frey); his daughter Michele Rudolph (Gary) of Utica; his stepchildren, Jeff (Jill) and Sylvia (Jason); and his siblings, Robert (Rita) and Marlene (Robert).
