She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Arter and Magdeline Arter (Yarnelli); and her husband Daniel Kinney. She is survived by: her daughters, Georganne Dannette Kinney and Felicia Kinney-Knapp; her son-in-law Carl Knapp; her granddaughter Tasha Kinney-Pickrel (JP); her great grandchild Lyric Pickrel (Mason Hageman); her close friend Pat Collins; and her pet Pepe.
