He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest F. Bowers and Anna Marie Bowers (Snider). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Bowers (Shell); his children, Jimmy Bowers and Beth Vipperman; his grandchildren, Ross Vipperman (Rachel) and Amanda Rock (Jarod); and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Carsen Parker, Eivin Rock and Emily Vipperman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service - Kirkersville (285 E Main St, Kirkersville, OH 43033). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairmount Cemetery (8772 National Rd SE, Thornville, OH 43030).
The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to Hebron New Life United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 459, Hebron, Ohio 43025.
