She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith Mohler and Helen Mohler; and her brother Ron. She is survived by: her siblings, Phil, Steve (Mary), Chet Mohler (Pat) and Linda Dittoe (Ron); her sister-in-law Kay Mohler; her children, Alyssa Holbrook (Stuart Smith) and Jay Holbrook (Rose); her grandchildren, Kenny, Nikki, Robert Calvert, Jonathan and Joshua Holbrook; and her great grandchild Robbie Calvert.
Envelopes will be available for memorial contributions to be made to The James Cancer Hospital in lieu of flowers.
