He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Preston and Dorothy Okla Ward (Cox); his brother Donald Ray Ward; and his father-in-law Donald Finkle. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Ward; his children, Fiona Ward, Justin Ward and Jonathan Ward (Amanda); his grandchildren, Christopher Bartlett, Dylan Ward, Donald Ward, Briana Ward and Emma Ward; his brother Clyde Steven Ward (Darla); his sisters-in-law, Carol Spangler, Colleen McDougal (Alan) and Christy Huy (Dave); and his mother-in-law Betty Finkle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
