He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Conner and Gertrude A. E. Conner (Wendt); his wife Barbara J. (Lower); his brother Stanley S. Conner; his half-brother James Chester Conner; and his son-in-law John Morrett.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell E. Conner (Deborah) of Derby, KS, Linda D. Morrett of Ossian, IN, Kathryn E. Conner of Heath, OH and Sandra K. Dilts (Gary) of Newark, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
