He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephens and Norma Powers (Hutson); his parents-in-law, Dale and Janet Campbell; his sister-in-law Audrey Whitley; and his pet Dozer.
He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Stephens (Campbell); his sons, Shane Stephens (Michelle) and Adam Stephens (Tabitha); his brothers, Larry Williams (Linda) and David Williams (Amy); his siblings-in-law, Mike Duncan (Rhonda), Chris, Terri Long and Jeff Whitley; his grandchildren, Braelynn, Camden, Easton, Paisley Stephens and Brooklynn Stanton; and his great grandchildren, Natalie and Kendall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
