She was predeceased by: her father Wilbur Clark. She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Earick; her sons, Brian Earick (Julie), Clark Earick (Kelly) and Wes Earick (Kris); her grandchildren, Blake, Madison, Molly and Taylor; her sister Cheralyn Hay; and her niece Carrie (Matt).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Licking County Humane Society.
