He is survived by: his parents, Robert M. Milhoan and Ruth Ann Milhoan of Heath Ohio; and his sisters, Dolores "DeeDee" Ann Scott of Glenford Ohio, Marion Jane Anderson (Jim Anderson) of Estacaida Oregon and Brenda Alison Osborne (Jay Osborne) of Zanesville Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
