He is survived by: his wife Dixie McManus (Miller); his sons, Mark McManus (Rhonda) and David McManus; his granddaughter Harmony Longstreth; his great grandchild Morgan Longstreth (Max Frankenberry); his children, Dr. Michael Ford (Sandra), Ruth Lee and Julie Livingston; his grandchildren, Christy Flick (Terry), Laura Hildner (Jeff), Caryol Brown, Jamie Duston (Matt), Tony Owens (Rachel) and Richard Owens (Kristan); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Joshua, Gavin, Alivia, Jacob, Olivia, Owen, Taze, Cecily and Elizabeth "Ellie"; and his sister Karen Wolford (Dave).
