Clark (Heath, Ohio), born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Clark (Brush); his son Andrew Clark of Heath; his mother-in-law Martha Brush of Heath; his brother-in-law Paul Brush (Martha) of Columbus; and his uncle Willis Davis of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Youth Boosters at Christian Apostolic Church.
