She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Loy and Mildred Loy (Rochester); her husband Russel L. Murphy; her son Dennis Loy Phillips; and her sister Phyllis Lee.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Kimber Lee Balzano of Columbus and Kassie Louise Hook (Roy) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Mindy Lee Hurley of Columbus and Robert E. Balzano of Columbus; and her nieces and nephews, Tom Decker (Angie) of Heath, Debbie Baucher (Jeff) of Heath, Lee Ann Cunningham (Larry) of Cambridge, Mickie Sue Raquet (Wade) of Leander and Tommi Ann Wright (Curtis) of Brockport.
