She is survived by: her children, Betty, Carol, Cathy and Randy Church; her grandchildren, Brian Rust (Megan) of Boardman, Aimee Rust of Newark, Juleah Angus (Brandon) of Heath, Brittany Rust of Newark, Kristen Rust of Frazeysburg, Leslie DeRolph (Nathan) of Newark, Josh Hoskinson of Newark, Nathan Lusk (Gracie) of Newark, Justin Lusk of Thornville, Erika Boger (Brett) of Jacksonville, FL, Travis Roberts (Kate) of Jacksonville, FL, Meagan Roberts of Jacksonville, FL, Matthew Roberts of Jacksonville, FL, Christian Kissner of Columbus and Katie Kissner of Canal Winchester; her siblings, Saundra Stone of Newark, Harley Womax (Sharon) of Baltimore and Colleen Theriault (Robert) of Largo, FL; her close friend Martha Anderson; and her cousin Melissa Spence. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
