She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Jackson, Jr.; her children, Shannon Johnson, Brandon Johnson and Chris Sullivan; her grandchildren, Gunner Babcock, Shandell Bonner, Elin Osler, Timaja Johnson and Kaedyn Sullivan; her great grandchild Zenelle Bryant; and her brother Thomas Brookbank. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to assist with expenses.
