It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy D. Hitchcock of Heath, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orba Edwin and Daisy Jane Brown (Lewis); her husband Gregory Hitchcock; her daughter Wendy Edgerley; her grandchildren, Natasha, J. W. Edgerley and Cody Thoma; and her brothers, Steve Brown and Chris Mowen.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Merrill (Bruce Dye), Tina Thoma (Curtis), Gregory Hitchcock II (Angel) and Crystal Hitchcock; her siblings, Lisa Tipton, Mike Brown (Marcella), Dean Mowen (Sherry), Kevin Mowen and Dennis Mowen; and her pet Moe. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
