She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Louden and Nellie Louden (Holycross); and her grandson Matthew Whittington. She is survived by: her husband Carl W. Evans; her children, Ralph B. Evans of Cookeville, TN, Carl D. Evans (Rita) of Rigby, ID, Linda J. Wieringa (John) of Coshocton, OH and Merry R. Johnson (K. C.) of Gainesboro, TN; and her grandchildren, Jodi Forsten (Justin), Miranda Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Angela Knaack (David), Scott Evans (Brie), Shawn Evans, Emily McIntire, Gabriel Whittington, Jamie Smith (Scott), Holly Ricks (Joseph), Carl Evans (Rachael), Craig Evans (Iris), Michael Evans (Trina) and Juliann Stephens (Travis). She is also survived by twenty-two great- grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mary Ann's name to the Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio, Post Office Box 430, Newark, Ohio 43058.
