She was predeceased by: her parents, Water Bednarczuk and Anastazia Berykela Bednarczuk; and her husband Thomas E. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Carol Hanes (Carl), Katherine Perruzzi (Joseph), Cindy Chambers, William Lewis (Cathy) and Ernest Lewis (Tammy); and her sister-in-law Elsie Noe. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
