Rine of Heath, Ohio, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Worthy White and Flora White (Anderson); her former husband Jack G. Owen; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Rine (Jerry); and her brother Robert White.
She is survived by: her children, James Owen (Valerie) of Springvale and Dedria "Dee" Butler of Newark; her grandchildren, James W. Owen, Courtney A. Butler of Maine, Jack G. Butler of Ohio, Abigail M. Owen of Maryland, Larry Rine (Karen) of North Carolina, Derald Rine (Lisa) of Arizona, Marie Nance (Jon), Larry Rine Jr. of North Carolina, Chase Rine and Maddie Rine of Arizona; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Hannah Nance; and her sister-in-law Betty White. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
