With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Elizabeth Porter of Heath, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Leonard, Margaret Walton, Oliver and Luzella Howell; her uncle Paul Walton; her aunt Erma Blake; and her grandchildren, Anakin and Addison Carpenter.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert Howell and Carole Howell (Walton); her husband James Porter; her children, Ashley Carpenter of Newark and Jimmy Porter; her brothers, Rob Howell of Newark and John Howell (Susan) of Baytown, TX; her sisters-in-law, Terri Little (Randy), Sue Gatten and Jenny Ard (Ralph); her mother-in-law Bonnie McCain; and her grandchildren, Andy Carpenter, Sophie Carpenter and Ansley Carpenter. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
