She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Cyndi Smiley (John) and Beth Haines (Tracy); her grandchildren, Nicole, Stephanie Smiley and David Haines; and her siblings, Diane Fields, William and David Lucas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
