He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hallisy and Elizabeth Hallisy (Wright); his wife Vernetta Mae Hallisy; his nephew John D. Chester; and his niece-in-law Patti Chester.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanettie Gilbert and Robert Hallisy (Ruth); his niece Karen Richardson (Gene); his nephew Thomas Chester (Stephanie); his great-niece Angela Richardson; his cousins, Rod Compton, Barbara Maier (John) and Don McElroy (Madge); and also, Anslee and Zander.
Taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will require social distancing and wearing a mask during the public graveside service.
