He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Jane Lewis (Hunt). He is survived by: his children, Darren Lewis (Stacy) of Pataskala and Monica Lewis of Newark; his sisters, Ruthanne Turcotte (Paul) and Sara Jane Lewis; his grandchildren, Chloe Lewis, Miles Steele and Kodie Steele; and his significant other Cinda Harris.
