He was predeceased by: his parents, Osbert Cunningham and Verna Cunningham (Rowan); his nephew Gregg Wiseman; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Wardeska, Laudie Stiltner and Joyce Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Cunningham, Vickie Thomas (Darrick) and Jerry Cunningham (Farrah); his grandchildren, Peyton Cramer (Ronnie), Courtney Smith (Brandon), Ethan Cunningham, Taylor Cunningham, Hailey Thomas, Noah Cunningham and Zane Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Riley Smith and Carmen Smith; and his siblings, Joseph Cunningham, Winona Stiltner, Julie Wardeska, Wanda Barns (Lew), Retha Sheppard (Lee), Preston Cunningham (Pamela), Janet Wiseman (Roger) and Timothy Cunningham (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
