He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Eugene and Sarah K. Cramer (Miller); and his great grandchild Lylah Marie Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cramer (Burchard); his children, Penny Simon (Mike) of Toboso, Scott Cramer (Randa) of Newark, Wayne Cramer (Mandy) of Granville, Cindy Haas of Newark, Jenny Loughman, Jr. (Larry) of Heath, Sarah Cramer of Heath and Larry "Rusty" Cramer (Paige) of Anniston, Alabama.; and his sisters, Sandra Wheeler of Naples and Tamèra Cramer of Columbus. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
