He was predeceased by: his father Edward T. Halbedel; his wife Peggy Halbedel (Clark); and his son-in-law Danny Caudill. He is survived by: his children, Angela Lu Caudill, Ted J. Halbedel (Susan), James E. Halbedel and Kelly D. Halbedel (Sherryl). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
