He was predeceased by: his parent Russell C.; and his sister Norma Dumm. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Toney; his children, James "Jim" Toney (Wondy) and Janice "Jan" Weis (Denny); and his cousins, Susan Conner, Paul Van Fossen and Cathy Mangini. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
