She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Milligan and Madalyn Mae Milligan (Leary); her husband Scott Alexander Milne; and her granddaughter Khloe Jane Valentin. She is survived by: her children, Rebekah L. Valentin, Jordan T. Phillips (Simone), Kevin M. Phillips and Zachary D. Milne; her siblings, Gene Brumm, Patricia Milligan, Jo Smith and Barb Ferguson; and her grandchildren, Roman Phillips, Madilyn, Lola Valentin, Lily Ball and Zayden Hughes.
