He was predeceased by: his parents, Kilbert W. Varney and Grace Connell Varney. He is survived by: his wife Beulah Mae of Heath; his children, Saundra S. Wright (Nathan), Beth A. Yaw (Doug) and John W. Varney; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah Wright, Samuel and Madeline Yaw.
