He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, George Swank Jr. (Bonnie), Gerard "Jerry" Swank (Connie), Kim Thacker and Holly Webber; his stepson Ethan Bode (Courtney); his mother Lisa Bode May; and his former wife Mary Denise Kurtzman. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to a local charity in Licking County in recognition of Tom's dedication to the community for so many years.
