He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Urban (Bob) of New Philadelphia Ohio and John Cooper Jr. (Susan) of Crestline Ohio; his grandchildren, Curt (Charlotte), Amanda (Ian), Kristie (Joey), John III (JC) and Alyse; his great grandchild Isabel; his sister MaryLou Wells of Florida; his cousin Shirlene Poth (Carla Davis) of Mansfield; and also Adam Davis.
