He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bowers and Irene Bowers (Litt); and his brother Shearl Tice. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Bowers (Redman); his daughter Tonya Minton (Art); his grandson Avery; his sisters, Judy Forrer (Doug) and Margarite; his nephews, Michael Forrer and Brian Redman; and his niece Laura Volinsky.
