He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles W. Smith; his uncle William A. Smith; and his friend Braden Poling. He is survived by: his parents, Brent Smith and Sharon Smith (Siegfried) of Heath; his sisters, Trinity and Aubree; his grandparents, Jim, Janet Siegfried, Bruce and Darla Torbett; his aunts and uncles, Beth, Chip Miller, Matt Siegfried, John (Darlene Smith), Scott and Tanya Smith; his cousins, Melanie, Kane and Axel Miller; and his friends, Dylan, Ellie, Evan, Jack, Jonah, Noah, Rachel, Sam, Skyler and Violet. He is also survived by numerous other great aunts, uncles, cousins and his loving dog.
