She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brown and Bertha Faye Scott (Cain); and her siblings, Olas Scott, James Brown Scott, Jr., Pansy Pickenpaugh, Estyle Waite, Marilyn Lang and Janet Samberson.

She is survived by: her sisters, Geraldine Walrath (Keith) and Linda Arms (J. D.). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
