She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil McCullough and Ruth McCullough (Berger); her husband Donald Sunkel; and her siblings, William McCullough, C. Russell McCullough, Ronald McCullough, Donald McCullough, Dorothy Booher (John) and Betty McCullough.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice L. Smith, Susan A. Blaine (Joseph) and Donna J. Sunkel; her grandchildren, Kristina Blaine (Susan Landrum), Anthony Blaine (Trisha), Mary Skeans, Regina Reynolds and Thomas Smith II; her great grandchildren, Sophie, Ryan, Jocelyn and Henry; her siblings, Virgil McCullough, Jerry McCullough (Sandy) and Patricia Stott (John); her sisters-in-law, Julia McCullough and Freda McCullough; and her pets, Daisy, Marietta and Brandy. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
