O'Flaherty (Heath, Ohio), born in Nashport, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Boylan and Mary Boylan (Myers); and her son Mike O'Flaherty. She is survived by: her husband James E. O'Flaherty; her children, Ed O'Flaherty (Paola) of Johnstown, Ohio and Debra Eschbaugh (Keith) of Sabastian; her grandchildren, Jared Eschbaugh (Allison), Tyler O'Flaherty and Harley O'Flaherty; her brother Charles Boylan (Donna) of Powell; and her daughter-in-law Mimi O'Flaherty of Columbus, Ohio..
