She was predeceased by: her father Harry V. Fish; her siblings-in-law, Beth Fish and Tom Heilman; and her nephew David Fish. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Harrison Barthelmas (Steve) of Circleville, OH and Cheryl A. Kern (Will) of Heath, OH; her siblings, Bill Fish of Heath, OH and Fontaine Heilman of Englewood, FL; her nieces and nephews, Cindy Fish of Newark, OH, Bonnie Fish of Heath, OH, Tom Colville (Dawn) of St. Marys, OH and Mark Colville (Cathy) of Englewood, FL; and her friends, Dale Slack, Marleen Patterson and Doug Felumlee.
Memorial contributions in Donna's memory may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 88 N. 5th.
