He is survived by: his wife Carol Kay Emrick (Rankin); his children, Brian Edward Emrick, Christine Emrick-Law (Bryan) and Todd Andrew Emrick (Julie); and his grandchildren, Mitchell Emrick, Ashley Emrick, Matthew Emrick, Sarah Law and Lauren Law.
