He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Johnson (Barber); his son John David Johnson; his stepchildren, Donald Butterworth and Kay Butterworth; his siblings, Carol Johnson and Terry Johnson; and his grandchildren, John Cutinha, Rebecca Cutinha, Tiffany Cutinha, Tyler Evens and Sebastian Pittman.
