He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell B. O'Flaherty and Virginia M. O'Flaherty (McKee); his sister Wilma Hendershot (John); and his pets, Candy and Buffy.
He is survived by: his spouse Cinda "Cindy" Marie O'Flaherty; his children, Keary O'Flaherty (Beverly), Colleen Hockman (Paul) and Darinda Byers (Greg); his grandchildren, Brandin, Mackenzie, Zachary, Mallorie, Ashley, Kaylissa, Hunter and Brynley; his great grandchildren, Ava, Ella, Kaiden, Jaclynn and Coleson; his close friends, Nancy, Bill McInturf, Jeff, Lois Thompson and Betty Carver; and his pets, Bella and Sassy.
