He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Evans and Naomi Evans (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Patsy R. Evans; his daughters, Vicki Evans of Newark, Sandra Evans of Columbus and Leslie Forman (Tom) of Heath; his grandchildren, Zack, Megan, Stephanie, Andrew, Eric, Anthony, Benjamin, Rachel and Abby; and his sisters, Dolores Williams of Newark and Patricia Degenhart (Steve) of Pace, FL.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
