He is survived by: his children, Charles Anthony Pethtel (Chris) of Georgia, Charles Franklin (Mary), Timothy Gray Pethtel (Cherie) of Heath, Dennis Lee Pethtel of Heath, Tracy Allen Pethtel (Barbara) of Newark, Martin Edward Pethtel (Lori) of Newark, Dan D. Pethtel (Shelley) of Heath and Kellie Joan Stuller (Mark) of Heath; his sister Patricia Lawrence of Newark; and his pet Hershey. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
