He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Spangler and Lena Mae Spangler (Riddle); his wife Sonja Spanger; his son Jeff Spangler; his grandson Brad Strider; and his great great grandchild Raven.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathi Spangler (David), Teresa Ferguson (Garry) and Margie Walters (Steve); his sister Wynemia Lowe (Bob); his grandchildren, Troy, Staci, Ryan, Ashli, Matthew, Shanna (John) and Kelli; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Kenzie, Chance, Peyton, Dakotah, Logan, Madison Ryen and Colin; his great great grandchildren, Kylie, Jaxon and Roman; and his great grandchildren, Harry "Beebs" Strider and Craig Wison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews., other family members and friends.
