She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Lincicome (Rodney) and Dallas Axline (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Blake Rickard and Ashley Hutchison; and her siblings, Marty Warthman (Steve), Lois Maple (Cort), Bobbie Jean Banach, Peggy Martin and Billy Smith (Kay). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
