He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Gallup and Wanda Gallup (Parish) of Heath, Ohio.; his sister Laura Gallup; his aunts, Sandy Gallup and Linda Smith; his cousin David Smith; his daughter Anisa Smith; and his close friend Saide. He is also survived by friends; and his faithful dog.
