He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lombardo and Angeline Lombardo (Annarino); his son Jeff Lombardo; and his grandchildren, Mike and Stacy Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lombardo; his children, Frank Lombardo (Christy), Diana Loewendick (Will) and Joe Lombardo (Joyce); his grandchildren, Lindsay Wahl (Ryan), Natasha Lauvray (Eric), Caden, Paige, Gianna Simons and Brice Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Kolsen, Siye, Kash and Beckytt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in his name to Hospice of Central Ohio or to the Licking County Humane Society.
