She was predeceased by: her father Walter Emery; her husband Richard L. Freeman; and her children, Cindy Schoppol, Bernice Lee Jones and Kevin Freeman.

She is survived by: her children, Richard L. Freeman, Jr. and Kelly Metz (Rich); and her son-in-law John Jones. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and brothers and sisters.
