He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Hawks and Maybelle Hawks (Puster) of Hayesville; and his siblings, Rodney Hawks and Nancy Nebergall. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Allenbaugh (Robert Aylsworth), Robin Hawks and Jennifer Scott (Rick Scott); his grandchildren, Mallory Constance (Michael), Elizabeth, Logan Allenbaugh (Lexi Surgener), Jacob Hawks (Pete), Jadyne Hawks (Brandon Weaver), Cole Scott and Corena Scott; his great grandchildren, Cheyann Constance, Dakota, Madax Constance and Amala Marshall; his brother Eddie Hawks; and his sister-in-law Catherine Hawks. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
